Lost 2 kgs in 3 weeks!

Hooray! I finally lose 2 kgs in 3 weeks..heehee...i will work harder and lose more KGs...I aim to lose 1 more kg this week...I confessed tt i did snack alot and eating some food tt i not supposed to eat which explained why i didn't lose any weight this week.....There is the usual once a mth hormone change with my monthly cycle....I feel hungry and have cravings for sweet food...i hate to eat but i have to...

haha i go to gym 3 times a week...i use weight/resistance training machines and do abs situps and run on a treadmill...heehee
