my diet plan revealed!

Okie, for the sake of my sisters who are desperately wanna lose weight..here are what i eat everyday...i do have my off day lah.

High carbo breakfast: oatmeal cooked with water only and fruits

balanced lunch: boiled vegetables, mushrooms, kidney beans, meat(can either boiled it or "DRY-Fry it on a non stick pan---meaning no oil lah) and wholemeal bread(no spreads) or organic brown rice

*impt: even if u wanna add some flavours; add only a PINCH of low sodium salt and one teaspoon of olive oil. Try to use natural herbs like rosemary, basil etc and turn ur food into a french one (light on taste)

Low Carb dinner: basically, it is abt the same as lunch lah..change the type of veg u eat lor but this time eat less rice or can avoid it altogether...if u had fish for lunch then can try chicken fillet for dinner. and also fruits lah

Snacks: unsalted nuts, yoghurt, fruits, dried apricots, protein shakes or quaker granola bars (90 Kcal)...choose only one !

okie...tt's all folks...heehee...so dun come and ask mi again wat i eat lah..i dun deliver lunch boxes so dun bother to order from me...I only deliver to my BEAU.......He is the only one who is entitled to eat my :"Ai Xin meal"

i lost 3.2kg in one month.....

haha...its a celebration! i let myself eat like mad at dinner today...heehee..i managed to shed off 3.2kg in one month...I work out hard at gym and my diet plan paid off.....

Lost 2 kgs in 3 weeks!

Hooray! I finally lose 2 kgs in 3 weeks..heehee...i will work harder and lose more KGs...I aim to lose 1 more kg this week...I confessed tt i did snack alot and eating some food tt i not supposed to eat which explained why i didn't lose any weight this week.....There is the usual once a mth hormone change with my monthly cycle....I feel hungry and have cravings for sweet food...i hate to eat but i have to...

Protein shake and macho men

Been seeing lots of macho men around lately....kinda weird though...didn't realize tt there r more men training themselves up.....and drowning themselves with tubs of protein shakes. I do drink them after my strength training ...heehee...taste really creamy and nice. Dun worry , my shake is formulated for women on diet...not to build muscles but to replenish the loss of energy and curb the hunger pangs.

Now even my army boys are training their muscles...when they buy full cream milk and ask for extra ice cubes..I will give them a weird look and said: is it for your protein shakes?

They wil replied: How u know?....

Haha...I also drink it mah...

I think i begin to admire the beauty of macho men....I think i may have developed a fetish for macho guys....Oh my God!...Now i only look at guys with muscles...OMG!...i gonna faint liao...*sigh*

glowy face..

my guy fren commented yesterday tt my face looks radiant and glowy!...

Today, my another gal fren gave mi the same comments; in addition tt she has not seen that kinda of healthy glow on my face for a long time liao...

haha now i feel healthy and looks radiant , thanks to my healthy diet and exercise...

Myth: diet will make u weak and lack of radiant.

Truth: With proper monitoring, and dun deprive ur body from necessary nutrients, u will still look radiant and have the energy for daily activity....best of all u lose weight! I dun believe in skipping any meals......i diet healthily. I love my healthy body and radiance!

tomolo will be another tiring day

On my list now is..i got to wake up at 5 am tomolo morning cos got lots of work to do...and guess wat i have to rush against time and prepare my healthy lunch box for work...then finish up my big bowl of oatmeal.....

I jut had a tiring day and sweating every sweat that is remaining in my body...feel dehydrated now and also hungry but just had my protein shake so that shld ease the hunger pangs....

think i need to destress again tomolo nite if mybody allows mi to...haha provided there are no muscle aches again...think my muscles are kinda getting to use to the workout routine liao...haha

For those who is reading my blog now:
C'mon lah get ur butt out of the chair and start get ur body pumping....wat's wrong with ur ass...get a life and start an exercise routine now....

healthy diet for a nice abs

Recently, i have started on a low carb and high protein diet to slim down further...haha...think quite effective..when I said diet doesn't mean skipping meals...and of course no FABs diet too..i always believe tt eating a balanced meal is important but if u do not want extra baggages around ur body then cut down on carbs....

it is always motivating and good to have kakis joining u with the dieting...at least u know u huys are eating the same thing all the time.....I am very conscious abt my total FAts intake and also my sodium intake too...i followed guidelines from http://www.nutrition.com.sg

u wil be amazed tt we normally take in too much sodium and fats from just one meal....so be caution!...

Life has not been sweeter and it is such a coincidence tt we had the same soya bean drinks for our dinner today...haha....and we drink the same protein shake ..haha ...more motivation to work harder

muscle aches...i love it

I am a saddist...haha ...i suffer badly from my muscle aches but I LOVE IT SO MUCH.....haha I LOVE THE training on weights machine....and the building on my strengths....best of all i lose weight....I ENJOY EVERY MOMENT AT THE WORKOUT>
